I fully recommend this MTT course created by Patrick "pads1161" Leonard on Run It Once. The approach Patrick uses in this course to study and teach MTTs is one of the best I’ve seen so far in my career as a professional player.
Preflop Academy is an excellent alternative for MTT players. Preflop has a subscription model which lets you access only the ranges you need to study at a much lower price. Use this alternative if you want to learn more about poker, but certainly not while playing in real-time.
